    The title explains it.. I can't change environment stuff while the physics are paused ("J")
    *edit: updated for 8.3 because it won't let me either*

    I was just about to say something about that. Couldn't change my graphic settings for a picture.

    I'm fairly certain the physics need to be running to use most menus, I just discovered that the game needs to be paused to change FOV.

    Although I really don't see this as an issue, it's easy to work around.

    If you want to play at 5 FPS until you get your picture moment. At least for me. :p

    It bothers me because whenever I want to show someone a crash I typically pause right before one and change the slow motion settings, but now I can't.

    Hm, we'll look into this. You can also use the slow motion hotkeys (see help tab)

    Well taking cool pictures is right now not that much possible.

    You cant change FOV while game is paused.

    I just realized I can't interact with ANY menus, so I can't change car either. Hopefully the update steam is downloading fixes this.
