    I have a good PC- Intel I3-4160 3.6GHZ dual-core, 8GB HyperX Ram, Gigabyte/Nvidia GTX 750.
With standard vehicles (Gavrils etc) and on endless highway I get 10-15 fps... On the tech-demo I got 60fps max settings and doing everything the exact same on full version, I get 10 fps. The fps does not change by settings at all , I can set it to low and get the exact same.
    Help?

Your CPU is a little, ummm, bad.
Your FPS doesn't increase when lowering the graphics settings, because your graphics card can handle the game on max settings.
I have the same GPU, and I can confirm taht it's not the issue.
So, basically, you can either get a new CPU, or have to play the game at 3 FPS.
I have an i5 4460, and it can handle the game quite well, at about 30FPS on the more demanding maps.
For me that's not a problem though, because I'm only on Gridmap all of the time anyways.

No, the CPU definitely isn't the problem. I used to have an i3-2100 and could play the game just fine, so a newer model is going to be either the same or better. Of course it's not going to be the best performance but it certainly shouldn't be this bad. I don't know what the real cause it but it's not entirely the CPU.

Latest version only or have previous versions of the full game worked?

    Things to try:

Make sure there aren't any processes in the background eating up cpu time (look at task manager)

Use a hardware monitor of some kind to check that the cpu is not overheating or throttling its frequency back (I have CPUID HWMonitor) If it is, it could be because the CPU heatsink is full of dust, or because of power management settings.

Check in graphics settings that the gtx 750 is being used.

Check which version of the game is being launched, the 32 bit (x86) or 64 bit (x64). If x64, try going into the game folder/bin32 and running BeamNG.Drive.x86.exe

    Really?
Well, that was the only thing I could think of.

Well, in that case, try and see what happens when you freeze physics (j).
    Does your FPS go up?

This confirms that your GPU is being utilized.

Your CPU is simply an entry level grade Intel CPU.
It is an I3 [Duel Core] that means that your CPU must work harder on background tasks while play BeamNG and playing BeamNG with minimal background tasks and proper cooling may marginally improve your gaming performance.
However it will/may not provide enough FPS for a playable/satisfying gaming experience.

Since your i3 is a dual core, its not the best for BeamNG, BeamNG uses 1 car per core and uses the rest of the un used cores for textuers and other stuff, since you only have 2 of them, the game really only has 1 core to work with since the other core has to work on the operating system, I've also noted that every update the FPS gets worse, one note in the patch notes for the pre race update a few months back dated a 5-10% FPS increase, but for me it was more of a 5-10% decrease, so there's the issue for why the tech demo runs better than the full game, this is still an alpha, I'm sure by the time this reaches beta it will run better. (Now I question, why am I the only one with a stable FPS? O_O)

I run an i3-2120 and a GT550 and get 60fps (with low graphics settings) with D15, Sunburst, etc. I don't really have anything to say that can help, but what I am saying is you should be getting decent FPS.

You guys think that two cores mean you can't get good performance? 1 car/1 thread just means he can't expect to run more than one or two cars. The new i3s are still a slightly shallower haswell at slightly lower clocks. He should be seeing fine performance with the D15.

Check CPU usage without beamng open, and also check frequency with beamng open, along with temps.

Doesn't matter, i'll just not play this game anymore. It was a waste of money to me. Thanks for trying to help.
