I was just wondering if there were any laptop users who were able to play this game with high fps? If you are one, please post your specs. I haven't seen that many laptop gamers and those that do post seem to be having performance issues with the game mostly.
I get at most 25fps (or if I config another way 60 for 2 seconds and as my processor load drops the fps drops to 10,and stays) at the moment but I am on the verge of getting that fixed,my specs: Windows Home Premium 64x 6GB Ram NVIDIA GTX 560M Intel i7 2670 QM @2.2GHZ X4 Seems my low fps is due to something I did with processor load management. The problem seems to be with laptops because of power management and the way the processor load management is set up by default and the way the game utilizes the processor, not sure though.
I can tell you that a Core 2 duo 2.5GHz and Intel GMA x4500MHD with 4GB RAM do not play this game well. At lowest, it gets a steady 20-25 FPS but it seems to be going in slow motion.
im a laptop user. I have a asus N55SL. I can play on low settings with no lag and high fps. My specs: windows 7 Geforce GT 635M 16GB ram Intel i7 2670 QM @2.20GHZ

Yep, I can play this just fine on my laptop. 20 - 25 FPS on medium/high settings. Acer TimelineX 3830TG Core i5 2410m Nvidia Geforce GT540M 8GBs of RAM 750GB HDD
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU@2.20 Ghz 6.00GB Ram (5.71 Usable) 64 Bit Operating system Intel Graphics As long as I put lighting on the lowest setting I play with very good FPS and no lag.
Playing beamNG on my pc and on my laptop. I have the new 2013 alienware m14, runs it as good as my pc just for comparison My pc: i5 2500k @ 4,0ghz, gtx 560ti M14: i7 4700MQ @ 3,4ghz, geforce gt750 I get on both 30 to 60fps It's expensive but it's worth it if you want a very high quality product
Sometimes when it comes down to a laptop and when a desktop isn't an option they aren't half bad,as long as you maintain them, but hardly worth the money.
Wow they ship GT 750m as a base model instead of the 765m.. That's barely an upgrade over the GTX 660m of the last generation.
Windows Home Premium 64x 6GB Ram NVIDIA GTX 560M Intel i7 2670 QM @2.2GHZ X4 After cleaning, dusting and razer game booster, 80 fps on average.
Acer 5720z :Core 2 duo t7500 2.2 ghz, 2 gb ddr2 , 8400m gs 256mb OC (core clock 400,shader clock 800 memory clock 400 OC to :core clock 568,shader clock 1136 memory clock 520) run at 25-30 fps in Very low settings
Just because you probably can't afford it or red stupid youtube comments about it comming from little kiddys wich have absolutely no idea, there is no need to hate on something you don't know. Yes it's expensive and you can get the same hardware for about 200-400? less, but it's defently worth paying that extra money for getting a beast looking high end laptop. Since I have it, I never had any problems, it runs well and the dell support for it is just awesome. The entire laptop feels just 10times much better with it's design and soft touch on the keyboard than any other laptop I ever held in my hand before. The performance is just brilliant and it doesn't get hotter than any normal buissnes laptop. Atm there is nothing I could complain about. So please stop hating on something you don't know just because others do it.
Dell XPS L502x i5-2410m Nvidia GT 525m I get lowest 20 FPS after lowering everything and overclocking. I watch the GPU usage in MSI Afterburner and it is capable of 50fps when the GPU usage is near 100% however at random times the usage drops to around 30% and that is when I get the low FPS. Don't think that is my computer is that a problem with the game? Pic related. You see the main screen uses the GPU 100% and I get like 110fps but when I play the levels the GPU is never used near its potential. Never had it happen to me before but this time the usage dwindled until it actually pretty much stopped.
That could be an issue with heat and your CPU throttling down. I've had that issue with the 2410m in my laptop before, but after I cleaned it out and replaced the thermal compound on the CPU and GPU chips, it runs great.
I am running the game fine most of the times. With low graphics, I have around 40 FPS at Dry Rock Island with any vehicle. My specs: Processor: Intel Core i7 @ 2,1 GHZ. RAM: 6 MB. Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 4000
