6FPS since latest update

    Since the latest update I only seem to manage 6fps, no matter what graphics settings I choose. It's become unplayable. I've seen people posting about lag spikes, but this is just pretty much constant 6fps, maybe 7 if I'm lucky.

    Seems a common issue since the update?

    PC Specs please.
    What was your average FPS before?
    Happens on all maps?
    Are your graphical settings the same as before?

    Average FPS before was probably in the 30s

    All maps, but on gridmap it occasionally speeds up a little. But not much.

    Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
    Intel Core i7 2670QM @ 2.20GHz
    24.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 664MHz
    1535MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M

    Can you check if BeamNG is actually using your dedicated GPU. It seems there is a problem currently in which BeamNG doesn't actually uses the Nvidia Mobile cards, even if you set them to be used in the Nvidia Control Panel.

    Good point, I also experience some lag spikes in BeamNG on my laptop (specs below). It runs worse than, let's say, three weeks ago. I usually play on my PC.

    that seems odd i was getting around 40-50 befor the last update now i skyrocketed up to around 100fps in certen placeses

    Hmm, strange. Your CPU and GPU are faster than mine though. Aren't you using Vsync?

    no i turn vsync off as it generaly causes lag on laptops in my experiance and i have the framerate uncaped in my game aswell

    Just testing the game again, it was running totally fine, untill I refreshed the vehicle, then the FPS dropped right down. Right now I'm getting 8 or 9 fps. But as soon as I slow down the simulation, even to 2x slower, the FPS jumps right up to the mid 40s.
