Alright, that particular OS (Windows 7 Service Pack 1) seems to have trouble running BeamNG for some reasons. We are investigating..

Or for $100 you could buy windows 8, install it from scratch (therefore eliminating any dodgy drivers left over from previous install), install all your drivers, install DirectX9 and play BeamNG.

It would help us if you can send a crash report zip.

When your game crashes, a 'crash report' window will appear. Double click on the report and export it somewhere.

Then send that ZIP to me via a Private Message (Upload it somewhere like Mediafire, Dropbox, or similar and send the link).

Sorry, forgot to change that. You can retry it now :)

    Checked the report.

Are you running some 'GPU Monitoring' software or something that applies an overlay to the game? (Excluding the Steam Overlay)

    Not that I'm aware.
Have you already tried a total clean reinstall?

If not, try this procedure (follow it in this exact order):

    -Unistall BeamNG from Steam
-Delete BeamNG.Drive folder from MyDocuments (backup your mods if you want)
-Delete BeamnG.Drive folder from Steam/Steamapp/common (If there is still a folder)
    -Reinstall BeamNG.

I just followed the steps in order, re-installed and got the same thing. I choose a map, click start, it loads for a few seconds, then crashes. :(:(:(:mad::mad:

I'm totally clueless on why it's crashing for you. In the crashdump it indicates on a potential issue with Visual.

    Try to install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
And restart the PC when it's done installing. Hopefully it will do the trick.

Also make sure Windows updates are active, googling around it seems it that can happen when your Windows 7 SP1 is not running on the latest updates.

I clicked on the link and it gave me 3 files to download. the first one (vcredist_arm.exe) wouldnt download. I got "vcredist_arm.exe is not a windows 32 application."
I downloaded and ran the other2 (Vcredist_x64.exe and vcredist_86.exe) and it still did the same thing on level selection.

I then updated windows through windows updater. Restarted the computer then tried to play the game and same thing. Crash on Level selection.

vcredist_arm is for ARM processors which you do not have.

So you have nothing that shows GPU usage or frame rates while in game, no screen recorders or anything?

Did you reboot your system after installing those files?
I googled more around, it's not an issue with the game, but a common issue with Windows 7 SP1.

I found various possible solution for this:
-Delete the "MSCVR120.dll" file from Windows/System32
-Run the installers located in 'Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2013' (Those are the same I made you download, I forgot the game also ships them :( )
    -Restart PC
    -Check

EDIT- Talked to who knows how to debug this stuff correctly. The crashdump file may This not be 100% accurate.
He suggest that you may have a corrupted DX9 installation.
    This is the installer: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
And make sure your Nvidia (or AMD, I don't recall which one you have) drivers are up to date.

Also IIRC you are on a laptop, make sure your game is running on the Dedicated Graphics Card aswell.
