Yesterday, my PC only had 101 GB of space. Over night, it had a few updates and now it has 298 GB of space.
So what happened was the game was supposed to only take $1 out of my PayPal, and the rest out of my Steam Wallet ($15) The PayPal got charged the whole $16 and then I got a friend to bail me out just in case He gave me $20 and now I have $25 in my PayPal, so .. it never went negative or something? Either way it's weird.
just put my 2 weeks in at KIA. I feel so bad, I love everyone here, and I dont rly want to leave, but my interview at Nissan went really well, they offered me an amazing pay schedule, and now my manager (who is a great lady) is sad I am leaving, but they did not offer me any sort of raise or anything, so I am not too upset about leaving. I just need to move on, this Nissan gig is offering me literally 80% more money than I make now, and I seriously make a decent living as is. Wish me luck, my last day here SHOULD be July 31st. I might start the 2nd or 3rd of August. Im a little nervous. But what is cool is that I already know some people that work there so that should make the transition easier.

In terms of work. Its how I dealt with my job. Turn up, get the fuck on with it, go home, get paid on thursday. How I approached it, and now I happily have banter with most of the staff along the way, except Paul and Alex who are a pair of tossers.
oh, I thought you meant "turn up" like in the sense of "turn down for what" haha like, go to work and go bonkers and then everything falls into place....yes, I am very personable, get along with people very well, non confrontational, however I am not here to make friends or foes, just to do my job, get paid, and go home and drink some beers, hang with friends. Work is work. but if its a friendly and supportive atmosphere, then that just makes it easier. This new Nissan dealer is SO nice, the KIA dealer I am in is so run down and dilapidated, its sad. but I gotta move on, aint no one gonna pay my bills except for me (and maybe hubby if he starts making $150k+ per year again lol)
Ok so the 7870 may be dead (until the RMA goes through) However the 5770 is clean and lives again Hell of alot better than like 75c idle (it was clogged with dust)
What did you do to kill it? Also, those temps reminded me, I need to clean the heatsink out on my 7850. It's not throttling yet, but it runs hawt (could be causing the flickering problems I'm having).
Overclocked when playing beamng a couple of days ago, worked well but ran a little too hot for my liking to set it permanently. Forgot to reset the overclock and next day i played GTA 5 for like 3 hours on those clock and voltage settings :| Started with one random green line and by an hour later it wouldn't as much as boot. Also gotta love low power cards, 58c load temp after 15mins pinned at 100%
Alright, I need a new CPU cooler. Max graphics on Rocket League puts the CPU at 99 degrees Celsius. I've been looking at the Corsair H80i, do you guys have any suggestions?
I looked at CPU coolers recently (I don't need one as of now) and I looked at the H80i. However I heard quite a few bad things about it. If I were to get one now, it would be one of the NZXT Kraken's. Haven't heard anything bad about them yet. Anyone know if there's something wrong with them, or if there's something better? EDIT: Yay, skype crashed and is refusing to shut down... Gotta love skype.

Speaking of CPU coolers I still have no idea what's going on with mine. It seems that the thermal paste is going bad over time, but the same stuff is in my GPUs and my laptops, all of which are perfectly fine. It's running ~40-45c just typing this. In Prime95 it takes like 10 seconds to reach just under 80c and throttle. But if I repaste it the CPU runs nice and cool, for a while. Noctua NT H1 BTW.
Ouch, I hope that RMA goes through for you. That must really suck to be down your power card. I suppose that that 5770 will sufice until you get a new power card?
You know what. I am going to cast my 2 cents on the sexuality and gender discussion that I somewhat missed participating in. I did whack out a response on my phone before work, then forgot to submit and IE reloaded the page while I had the phone closed for so long. In the most respectful way possible. I dont give a damn. And I dont mean that in the sense that you should keep it out of my face, I mean it in the sense that I almost feel disgusted by the ideas of "I can accept this" or "I can tolerate this", not because I am a bigot and dont accept this or dont tolerate this, but because there is nothing to accept or tolerate. Its just love and what gender the loving couple consist of is not of my concern. I dislike the terms tolerance and acceptance simply because to me there is nothing to tolerate any more so than a man marrying a woman. I had a friend who was somewhat surprised that I had no reaction whatsoever when he somewhat formally said to me that he was gay for the first time (although it was hardly a secret), he was even somewhat worried that my lack of reaction was me secretly wishing for him to burn or something. No, its just that a) I already knew (was basically thinking "newsflash") and b) I did not see him any differently for whether or not he is attracted to men or women. Hell. If you are a bloke and you are attracted to other blokes, why the fuck should I care who you choose to date, move in with, marry, etc etc? Its not my life so why should I give a flying fuck. Oh. I know of at least 2 other forum users openly admitting to being gay prior to SHOme. 1 of whom is now banned so thats not really a thing I suppose. As for even further back. There is at least 1 girl registered here although she hasnt been online in a while nor made a big deal of it (rightfully so). Got to be a few more lurking. I refuse to accept there is only 1.
Alright, I need a little bit of advice here. I have an Antec 902 case with stock fans in every slot. I was thinking of replacing the top and front fans and linking the side fan to the CPU via liquid cooling. (imported from here) Would it be more wise to link the Kraken I mentioned in the back and use only the top as the only exhaust fan, or should I follow through with installing the Kraken in the side slot?
