So I haven't played Beam NG in about a year, but a year ago this game was way more stable. Here are my problems:

    • When I try to spawn a new vehicle there's about a 70% chance of game crash.
    • When I change the vehicle components (Vehicle Mod Menu bumpers and stuff) the game always crashes.

Keep in mind I tried some mods had these problems removed them to try to resolve them. They persisted and I unistalled and reinstalled the game and still have the issuses with a full stock game.

Do you have Dxtory or another monitoring/recording program in the background, try deactivating steam overlay for this game if you have it on steam.

    What version are you running?

    0.4.0.6 is the latest.

Are you running your PC hot?

    What are your temps?

And are you overclocked [may sacrifice general stability]

AMD 6Core 8Gig 2Gig video card SSD. Also used to run before recent update w/o crashing.

Running the latest version. My PC is not running hot and temps are fine while playing the game. Nothings overclocked. I also did a little test: I put all my graphics to min settings and spawned a second car and it still crashed. If I can handle GTA V and can handle GTA IV (IV with graphics mods) I think I could handle Beam.

    1. There's like 15 6 core AMD CPUs.
    2. There's a million cards that have 2GB of VRAM.
    3. There's thousands of SSDs on the market.

    No.
GTA V/IV and BeamNG are completely different things.
BeamNG is a very advanced and thus power hungry simulation, whilst GTA V/IV are normal games that can be run on anything that's younger than 4 years.

The bug in the video is a very well know bug, it happens to literally everyone who squishes a car that much. :/

Its when the wheels get crushed pressure wheels hate getting crushed and retaliate by freezing physics.
