I am getting really bad FPS on my game. At low settings it still sits around 20-30 and on high it almost doesn't run.

    My specs:

    Core i7 3770k 3.5 GHz
    16 GB RAM
    120 GB SSD 3 1TB HD's (installed on SSD)
    Windows 7 64 bit
    AMD R9 390 stock

Any Ideas? I have tried disabling AV and any background programs. Drivers are all up to date. New user didn't help.

    Thanks!

Are you running any crazy resolutions? Is dynamic reflections enabled? Power saving mode on?

As supernoob has said, they do.

It's a built in Windows feature (it's disabled for default but i think it activates when you are low on laptop battery)

For some reason i have to wait about a 30 sec for immense lag to go away (about 15fps on most maps) then it jumps to the normal (30-60) The only thing that makes this lag at the start is dynamic reflections, if it's turned off i get no startup lag, but, as soon as it's on it takes a while to "initialise." Just sit with the lag for a while in the same spot, it might just be a similar situation. (my old card, HD7950, didn't get this issue but my new card does).

Yeah that's just the game loading in all of the map assets and LOD models in the distance afaik. Dynamic reflections doubles the amount of stuff rendered so that doesn't help either.

As for the framerate it really shouldn't be that bad, I get about 40fps steady maxed out on my 7870 and about 30 with lowered settings on my old HD 5770. I would expect about 45-50 on a 390, at least until the DX11 update as that should fix alot of the awful performance scaling for alot of semi modern to modern cards.
