Thrustmaster RGT FFB Clutch malfunction

Does the device show up in the "Controls" menu, "Hardware" tab?
If it shows, do all buttons and axes appear on that screen?
If they appear, do they move correctly while you move them?
If they move, have you tried binding them in the "Controls" menu, "Bindings" tab?

If nothing appears anywhere, can you check on Windows Control Panel, Game Controllers section, to see if the device appears, and if all the buttons/axes move correctly there?

 

Can you please send me your log files? They are located in mydocuments/beamng.drive, named torque3d.log and torque3d-input.log. That could help, thanks!

Also, what operating sytem are you using? Did you upgrade to Windows 10 by any chance?

 

Thanks. Please test the following:
- Close all programs you may have running, all windows you may have open.
- Open the Windows Task Manager (ctrl+shift+escape keys), go to 'Processes' tab, sort by name, close any process whose name starts with 'BeamNG.drive'.
- Try to run BeamNG again, and check if the wheel works now.

Thanks for the logs, I think I have an idea of what is happening, but need more information to debug it properly. Next update will include more information in the logs, which will hopefully help me narrow the problem down.

You mention that the game crashes when opening the Hardware tab, can you describe what kind of crash it is? Do you get to see the 'Send crash report' dialog window, or does it die before that?
