Source? Because I see no reason why it wouldn't help, ending useless processes ect. It worked for me. It stopped my CPU from being throttled, allowing me to enjoy the game...
GPU throttles at 96 degrees, CPU is like 100 I think. Heat isn't an issue though. Gets close to those numbers but not on them. Cleaned it out already.
i got a asus g75vw gtx 670 12 gigs ram and i can run max setting at 30-40 fps and normal settings at 30-60fps
I have an ASUS N76V Series, and I am getting well above 60 FPS on fairly low settings. I have: - Intel Core i7 - 3630 QM @ 2.4 Ghz - 8 GB DDR3 Memory - NVIDIA Gefore GT 635M with 2 GB VRAM I feel as if these are pretty good specs, and due to a lower BUS Speed, A desktop with these same specs will always be faster than this XD
2nd gen i3 with integrated grfx 6gb ram Getting somewhat playable fps in demo. How does one check fps levels?
Google a program called "Fraps" and install it. It is free for displaying fps and screenshots though the game has that built in.
No issues here, decent system though. 2x 4gb 680 SLI running Drive in 2560x1440 windowed on high graphics (not highEST) Get around 40-60fps, mostly hitting 60, even with modified higher textures. CPU is a 2600k 3.2ghz, not much CPU usage. Was still able to photoshop big files with it running.
I don't have fraps installed right now, but I look to be getting 60+ on the following: i7-3630QM 3.4GHZ 8GB - DDR3 Geforce 660M Most people probably know, but just in case: If your laptop has Optimus (on the fly switchable graphics), Drive doesn't seem to engage the faster GPU by itself. If you navigate to the program directory and right click on the executable, you can select which GPU to run on and get a vast performance increase. I'm not sure what triggers the switch, because some big budget mainstream games also don't (Dead Rising 2, The Witcher 2, for example).
Intel "Premium" Dual Core Ram.....2 gig......I think Thats all i know and I'm to lazy to look and figure it out I can hardly run DRI but if i turn graphics stuff on low and i do one of the grid map thingies, I can get decent fps
Proof: http://www.gamestar.de/software/raz..._game_booster_im_praxis_test,628,3008650.html Use Google Chrome to translate or read the conclusion: and you got quite strong laptop.
I doubted Tune-Up,considering most AVG products are viruses themselves but it did remove bout 10gigs of files for me and loved the Hard Drive space monitor, that helped me bring back a few more gigs,so really I think the programs work just fine,so long as you un-install Tune-Up after use. Further more,I don't see any statistics on that website and the person who wrote that article is expressing their opinions as fact. I have the proof here,I get more FPS using that game booster.
Im getting a solid 60fps ingame in the tech demo with all settings set to 'normal'. My laptop sounds like a vaccuum cleaner when im playing though Main menu looks pretty laggy though for some reason i7-2630qm cpu 2.9ghz with intel turbo boost radeon hd6770m gpu with 2gb memory 8gb ram EDIT: I checked with another program, Fraps, and according to it its 29 in main menu and 40-45 in game according to msi afterburner onscreen display its 60 so I have no idea which one is correct lol EDIT 2: Ok so apparently the msi afterburner fps thing was lagged. I just disabled PostFX and now I get 60-70 fps ingame according to Fraps
~40fps on Gridmap with all settings except shaders on lowest, at 400x340 or something. I'm not even going to bother with the other maps yet; they'll be unplayable. Intel HD 3000 all the way.
Runs fine on my laptop. No idea what the actual FPS I'm getting is, but its nice and smooth thus far. I'm running at: 1600x900 All settings on normal (shader/lighting/mesh etc) except for textures on high Textures Anisotropic 16x Antialasing 2x I've got all the postproFX enabled except for SSAO. Turning that on destroys FPS - as it does in any other game I play, so I always turn it off. The visual difference is generally fairly minor anyway I find, considering the performance hit you get. My laptop: Quadcore i7 3630qm Nvidia GTX660m on the latest drivers 8Gb RAM.
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.3GHz Memory: 8192MB RAM Graphics: Nvidia GTX 670m 3GB SSD: 240GB Sandisk C: Drive HDD: 1TB 7200 RPM Storage Drive Performs very admirably for a Laptop that only put me in the hole for 1,100$(USD) back in October. Runs BeamNG Drive nearly perfectly on max settings @1920x1080, though I haven't driven around outside the texture-less testing map too much, as thats the most fun area to smash things D:
my laptop runs this game very well at 1400x900 ASUS g71gx r05 6gb RAM Nvidia 260m core 2 duo windows 8
Alienware Mx17 Intel I5 - 540m 8Gb DDR3 1600mhz Ati radeon 5870 Mobility 2GB and it works at 35-50 fps PD: if i generate 4 or more cars the game falls to 20-30 fps
i7 ~can't remeber exactly sorry but its a sandy bridge with about 3.2 Ghz) GT550M with 2GB Gaming Ram 8GB Ram Dell XPS l502x i get around 25 fps on normal/high settings and around 40 if i drop the settings down to normal/low
