Town Course/Road Race Scenarios Underwater Bug

If I pick any scenario from any part of "town course", or "road race", it always starts underwater. I've cleared the cache and all that, even after multiple updates I have this problem. I am not sure which map "town course", or "road race" scenarios are under, so I haven't tested if the map alone is glitching , or just the scenario. Any help would be appreciated.

 

They're both part of East Coast, USA. So try firing up that map in free roam, and if it's borked, reinstall and clear cache.

 

I'm having this issue right now with the East Coast scenarios. I'm at work so I can't test anything but I will tonight - when you say reinstall, do you mean the whole game? I've read in other threads spawning issues can be resolved by deleting the folder in documents (after backing up mods).

Any tips for solving this would be greatly appreciated. If I have to uninstall what's the best way, via Steam, via Add/Remove Programs, or just deleting files? Thanks!

 

Totally nuke BeamNG:

Go to Documents/BeamNG.drive/ and delete everything (if you have mods in the "mods" folder, feel free to back them up or move them out of there)
Go in steam and delete local content

and then reinstall
