Hey I have just installed Windows 10 on my PC, and I fired up BeamNG, was just gonna rotate the camera a little and it spun quickly out of control 3-4 times around the car and usually stops under the car, any fixes for this or are it on my end? thanks :)

What mouse do you have? It could be either too old, not compatible with windows 10, or just a bad mouse. Probably not the case here but still.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure what the problem is... Have you uninstalled the game and reinstalled it? That might fix the problem. If that doesn't work then I got nothing.

If you have the steam version, just right click BeamNG and click "Delete Local Game Content" and then you should keep all of your files. You might have to change some of the settings too but idk. I did it and I didn't lose any settings but I'm not 100% sure. Someone else would have to clarify that.

But if you feel like taking a risk, just go ahead and try it. Other then that, I can't help you :(
