Installing any unofficial scenarios breaks all of them

So after digging around and getting ideas from people, I figured out that in my case installing the Paramount Ranch map broke scenarios. It has it's own scenario, and after deleting that, all is fine.
Am I alone with this issue?

I had this problem as well. But for mine, I deleted any community scenarios for base tracks and it came back. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound like that's your problem because it is persisting even after you deleted the cache. Good luck getting it fixed.

I don't have any community scenarios for official maps, but I did have a scenario for a mod track that I forgot to uninstall. Removing that fixed it. So now it's a bug report, since we know what happened.
