Since 0.4.1.2, my MOMO wheel hasn't gotten force feedback. I've enabled it in-game, but it still says force feedback is not bound. I can assure you it works with every other game I've tried.

    Things I've tried:
-Reinstalling logitech software (contacted support for correct version)
    -Deleting the cache
    -Reinstalling BeamNG
    -Complaining on random threads :|

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Can you please attach your beamng.log and beamng-input.log files? Thanks!

    Thanks for the response!

    Here ya go

    --EDIT--
It seems to not process it as a wheel, but instead calls it a joystick. Maybe a problem?

Indeed that is the problem, known issue since the first Force Feedback implementation more than a year ago.

Coincidentally, I finally managed to devote some days to this problem, and there will be changes in the next BeamNG.Drive update that should maybe, hopefully, fingers crossed, fix your issue. We will see then :)

Can you please retest with the latest version, and let us know if things are working correctly now? Thanks!

Last time I tried (0.4.2.2), all steering was disable for everything. I think I remember reading somewhere that this was fixed for the next update. So unless there was some hotfix or some workaround for that, I'll try again after the next update.

Thanks for keeping up with this issue!

Tried again today with no success. I can steer now, but still no FFB. Couldn't find the location of the input log (if that even exists anymore).

    --EDIT--

The odd thing is, sometime in the ancient history of BeamNG, I was once playing with force feedback (v0.3.5 maybe?).

Thanks. Force feedback has ended up being an extremely complex issue, due to how our physics engine works in conjunction with the rest of game engine. I've made more changes based on your feedback, let's hope it works in the next update.
