my though on using the phrase "resources" is that it is not really at place, sounds kinda weird for that use. "We need more minerals!"
Wouldn't be "content" or something like that better? eh, sounds too close to "downloadable content"

The "old" version of this page, was located at BeamNG.com/content, that could be confusing. maybe BeamNG.com/repo?

 

not sure if it has been mentioned (not sure how it COULDNT have been mentioned, but I am at work and tl:dr the rest of this thread) on the main log in page, with the same (antiquated) intro video, the video pane seems to be the most dominant overlay, meaning when I hover over the top tabs to view posts, mods etc, the video covers them, also when logging in, the login text fields get covered by the video as well...will post screenie...

EDIT - uhh, wait, now I cannot seem to attach a .jpg that I just made in MSPaint...did that feature disappear? (insert image from computer or link to media like before..I want to attach a photo from my computer). Overall, I like the new design, I find it difficult to navigate but then again it is brand new and not fully completed (I hope). couple things are quirky and weird, some are wonderful and welcomed changes. Good job overall I think.

UPDATE - Its nice to see that Alt+S still works for submitting replies.

 

This is more of a personal preference than anything and a rather minute detail, but I'm not really a fan of the large white header at the top. I like the look of the page when you scroll down and the header disappears much more.

Again this is a minute detail and simply personal design preference.

Thats how everyone gets the latest news straight from the devs, so if we can't find it or its hidden away in some obscure place that may not be a good thing. If it hasn't been added back yet, however, then thats fine... just as long as it makes it back into the equation, thats all that counts

 

They probably left it there for a reason. Why shouldn't it be there?

 

I agree with Machine, the wonky emoticon should stay. I think at least one of the newer emoticons
should be on board and it's a good one.

What happened to the ability to see my past posts? I used that a lot and it's good for finding posts

Loving the new forum setup, especially the new posting feature and organization! One question, will all of the vehicles previously posted on the forums return or will they be forever lost?

 

RSS feed is no longer working, if you get time to fix that (assuming you are leaving the feed running)

 

I wonder too, also I'd be really happy if it would be possible to view my own threads again, it makes it alot easier to find stuff I asked ages ago.
I'd also like to know if it's possible to delete your own posts.
Anyway besides that I'm actually quite liking the new forum design

 

On your profile page click on "postings"

Or do you mean all of the posts from before the forum was changed? If so those are gone from your profile and can only be found in the thread itself I believe.

 

1. Click on "Your Profile Page"
2. Click "Information"
3. Look under "Interact"
4. Click "Find all Threads by X"
5. Your Welcome
