    Hello I was playing BeamNG yesterday and now today it runs super laggy with my good machine

    can anyone help me?

    GTX 860M and i5-4210U @ 1.70 GHz and have always ran beamng good in the past

    Depending on the map, I get an average of 40FPS with my 750 on normal settings. Change your settings to the normal graphics preset, it really doesn't change the way the game looks IMO, and it should increase your FPS a bit at least.

    I tries that but the d15 runs like the t75 did yesterday which is a little laggy

    Hmm, don't know about anything else that could improve performance. Maybe there are some power hungry background tasks going on.

    If you press J to pause physics, does your FPS improve? If so : you may have complex background tasks running, may not be on a proper power plan (double check just in case), or may benefit from playing with your computer plugged in.

    Your CPU is a (4210)U (ULV), which stands for Ultra Low Voltage. It was designed primarily for providing good battery life rather than high performance.
    BeamNG is a very heavy CPU-dependant simulator, which means you have to have a semi-beast CPU (at least desktop i3 or mobile quadcore i5) to achieve smooth gameplay (I'm not talking about GPU's here).
    Intel U CPU's aren't recommended for serious gaming. For mobile gaming, get at least an MQ, HQ or HK chip. Your GPU is fine though.
