Any way to re-enable controller steering with wheel plugged in?

Hello,

Whenever I start up the game with my wheel plugged in, it disables controller and keyboard steering. I was wondering if there is any way to turn off the steering wheel in game, since I prefer to use controller(couldn't find a setting for this). I know I can unplug the wheel, but I really don't feel like reaching behind my PC every time I want to play the game, and then having to plug it back in everytime I play a play a sim. Even if it's a config file edit that completely disables wheels that would be ok, since I don't use my wheel in this game.

You should be able to remove the wheel's bindings from the controls menu.

 

Unplug the wheel /=

 

Pretty sure I tried this. Just removes the bindings to the wheel, but the wheel is still recognized. Thanks for the suggestion though. I'll look again just to make sure.
