This is a UAZ 2206, I call it the 'Loaf.' As you can see, the exterior is in good shape and the paint is original. I bought new mudflaps for it which have the UAZ logo molded on it and the stock ones did not. I also serviced the transmission, engine, transfer case, axles and the steering unit, so this hunk of soviet steel runs like a champ. As you can seen, there is minimal rust which is very uncommon for a soviet car. I have reupholstered the seats and I got the interior cleaned and washed down. You may be wondering why I imported this 'commie car.' This vehicle was assembled in Ulynanovsk Russia and then shipped down to Kiev Ukraine where it spent most of its life as a car for a single mom with four kids. I found it in storage and I bought it from the youngest of her family. I got it refurbished and cleaned, the mother said she drove it in snow and mud not much and kept it nice and clean. she hated for it to go but she recently lost a leg and therefore cannot press the clutch pedal to shift it. I am selling this because parts are hard to find for this particular vehicle and needs to be driven and loved often, it usually sits in my garage and whenever I do drive it, it runs like a new car. I am asking 6,000 dollars for it, it is licensed in the USA and has a parts warranty on it from Moscow Motors. Thanks.
