BeamNG lagging even when PC is plugged in

    Help!! my game lags and I checked the background tasks and they were all low and it still lags can I get help? Thanks!

    Your laptop probably can't run the game very well. Not much you can do about that aside from turning the graphics down as low as they can go.

    but the thing is yesterday I ran it on high fine now it is laggy

    I got it fixed I just had to let game set for 4-5 hours

    But my laptop is I7 runs on Nvidia windows 7, 64 bit 8 gb ram and i have like 40 gb free and the game is still lagging and also has a very slow response

    That doesn't say much.
    I7 is just a series of CPU. Nvidia is just a brand.
    Each of them has model going from low to high end.
    So yeah, provide actual models please.

    Make sure your powerplan is set on High-Performance.
    Make sure the game is actually using your 'Nvidia ???' card ( http://wiki.beamng.com/Dedicated_Graphics )
