Now I hate to admit it but, sometimes even Holdens need to be burnt.

Well the hardcore mopar loves might hate it. But I love this kind of cross marque swapping.

 

I was on the freeway recently and saw a green car up ahead and I noticed it wasn't shiny so I thought, "who paints their honda matt green?". Until I got closer and realized it was actually fake turf, WTF???

 

she is doing her bit to help the environment (inspiration for a new skin perhaps)

 

Im just thinking about how amazing someones commute was today. Seeing a turf Honda Accord & a DMC Deloreon.

I went to Cars and Coffee earlier today. It was nice having cooler weather, and that was less crowded than usual.
I ordered a new pair of side markers, which will hopefully arrive in the mail soon. I'll probably be getting the wheels refinished, and the steering wheel wrapped in alcantara later this winter.

 

I didn't see your BMW today. I left earlier than I usually do, wasn't much there that I haven't seen. I did take the entire Line Creek road on the way home, that was fun.

 

The Holden WM Caprice, designed in 2005 & released in 2006. It may be a 10 year old design but fuck it still looks modern as hell (Tho the interior was completely redesigned in 2014)

 

Saturn Astra for us Americans was the same deal, 2005 design, 08-09 sales and then axed by GM, Thing still looks brand new here though...
On that note, does anyone have a bumper for a 2008 Saturn Astra? I was rear ended a 3rd time by a women looking at her phone, whom sandwiched a jeep between us...

So, am I crazy for wanting to trade my Grand Marq for a Lexus GS300/Toyota Aristo?

I'm already talking to someone to buy the Marq. Asking $3250. $3500 with the steelies and snow tires.

 

Well its not necessarily just Americans, its a German "Opel Astra" so its sold throughout Europe, the "Vauxhall Astra" in the UK & also sold in Australia & New Zealand as the "Holden Astra".
But yeah it is a relatively modern looking vehicle if its the sport 3 door model.

98 cubic inch I4 with turbo. 200 horsepower. 3750 POUNDS.
