I just ordered two Toyo Proxes 4 Plus 255/35R19 96Y all season performance tires on Amazon. I decided it would be best having matching front and rear tires, and more economical than purchasing four new tires. They should arrive sometime around next Wednesday, and I should be able to get them mounted just in time to enjoy the relatively nice weather.
Fun trick, turn ignition off fully and remove key. Hold the trip reset button, put key in and start the engine while keeping the reset button pressed. The dash will go into diagnostics mode. Can cycle through some fun modes with it
First snowfall with my RSX, took it snow drifting. Was kinda fun actually to learn to drift a FWD without using the e-brake and yet hold a drift.
What kind of "fun modes?" The check engine light was on because my dad forgot to tighten something around the air intake so it was leaking air, reducing power. I could easily feel the extra power today.
The trip odometer will allow cycling through alternative modes, alot of them simply showing debug data, one of them does cause each dial to flick through its full range of motion and illuminates every single bulb in the dash to confirm they are working (required to pass inspection in some countries). But you can have mph, km/h or rpm all displayed digitally on it.
As of yesterday I own a 2004 Ford Focus 1.8, and it's great, far easier than my MG to drive. The only problem is that I hate the power steering, why does it have to be so light? It doesn't feel right at all, I'd take my MGs steering over the Fords any day.
Eh, drive any newer car and its not that light. But the focus, for what it is, extremely well handling vehicle I've found. Mine was also a 1.8, although a 2000 estate.
I reconditioned my steering wheel with a magic eraser and some leather conditioner. I'm really astounded by the results. I can finally see the tri-color stitching in all of it's glory.
Took off all my body panels for painting. Took like 15 minutes. I kinda like it this way, if only it weren't for all the wires uglying it up.. Maybe in the future I'll replace the bulky headlight/cluster thing with something like a Trailtech Vapor or whatever and do something with the wires. Also used my old video camera to do a thing.
The 2016 Taurus looks like a love child between an FGX Falcon & a brick, I dunno if I love or hate it

If it was RWD and V8/I6 like a Falcon, I'd absolutely, undeniably love this car. It's okay to me now though. Hope it actually comes to the US....
I'd like to see them make a Police Interceptor out of that one, wonder how it'd look. We sadly never got the taurus over here. We did get a similar looking car though, the sierra kinda looks like the old taurus.
