How do I install these? Could someone tell me or direct me to a thread that does?

 

If you don't already have this mod, you make a folder in mods called vehicles then make another folder inside that called common. In the common folder you place the two DDS files of the license plate you want to use.

How about Ontario license plates, like the following:

 

would be nice. when you have multiple cars they can have different plates.

 

Hmmm, the first two have pretty complex backgrounds so unfortunately I cannot put MONTE on those. But since the background for the third one is mostly just white, I can do that one. I will start working on this as soon as possible.

And about the parts selector, no, probably not, but if I did do it, the license plate would have to be a whole skin.
