so, i did some digging because i thought a 13-speed manual was unrealistic. i was able to modify the transmission to the one Blue Bird actually uses (Allison 2500 5-Speed Automatic), but i am having trouble with the engine (Cummins ISB 260). i have the PDF with all the specs, if anyone wants to help
i made the suspension indestructable, but the turning sucks even more now, but at least when i crash, the suspension bounces me back, so i fly even further when it hits something
This will seem like a silly question but how do you get that backdrop for your selector image (the grey gradient)? Is it a map or is it just Photoshoped into an existing screenshot of the vehicle?
the funniest part is, the steering still breaks just as easily, but at least i still have a suspension lol
im wondering if you did the stearing linkadges or EVERYTHING, im guessing EVERYTHING i just did stearing so...
i love this mod but it feels a bit too top heavy an based on a short google search it is also a bit lighter than it should be as well (plus the side windows dont break) but other than those little problems it works great ITS A FRIGGIN BUS
I love it but there are 2 things i do not like: it lags badly and the yellow bar at the front always breaks.
Found a lot of issues. Decided to make a video to promote it, and also show some of the bugs. Enjoy the convenience.
I think U pirated BeamNG. Few Questions: 1. Where Did you BUY beamng 2. If you "bought" the game, hook it to steam 3. Did you pirate the game. What I see: 1. You Dont have a BeamNG Tester Badge (I dont because i need to transfer, i contacted BeamNg) 2. Thats Not Full game, thats Downloaded on ICC (Look On Top Right) Suggestions: 1. If you bought it from site, Contact beamng to transfer to your steam account (You Need Your Order Information)
I doubt he's telling the truth about transfering after all those russian mod reposts.... Something smells funny over here.
Huh... Did you link your account OR have it before the steam release? Those seem to be some common denominators here. Oh, and now I know your steam, HAHAHA. Just kidding, I'm not gonna do anything anyways. I promise.
back on-topic, i finally got the engine JBEAM modified so it now has a more accurate torque curve and RPM range as per Cummins' official documentation, although it still produces a hair too much torque, and a a little less horsepower than the real engine (700 lb-ft in-game vs. 620 IRL, and 190HP in-game vs 260HP IRL)
