    Only imagining this massive power.
You reinforced the drivetrain and all to the max, didn't you?
    <Dumb idea> How about a badass skin for the D-Monster? </Dumb idea>

Any time I look at the throttle the Tyres explode
Any time I touch the throttle the tyres explode
Any time I touch the brake the Tyres Explode
Any time I touch the Clutch the tyres explode

See a pattern....this car has far too much horsepower!

To quote Mark Donohue "If you leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you have enough horsepower" this car has too much horse power than sense!

Cool mod, very interesting to play with. Could you walk us through the changes you made? I'm interested in getting this working on a newer version of the pickup. I think that many changes have been made since the version you started with!

In any case, thanks for sharing.

The mod in the OP definitely does not seem to work well after the v0.5 update.

The bad news: we haven't heard from the OP since they posted the mod a month ago. :-(

The good news: I spent a little time tonight whipping up a similar thing. This version is very rough: parts are all named pretty poorly, files are named poorly, and tuning has been limited. That said, the mod functions and makes wheelies. :)

Has a preset in the vehicle selector under the normal Gavril D15 Pickup. This is the recommended usable configuration and can be played with the keyboard! / Includes 5 badly named engine tunings. Torsion2 or Torsion3 may be the most powerful? Hopefully I'll clean it all up later. / Includes 2 sets of rear tires, torsion1 has much more grip than the default torsion2. / Includes 1 set of standard live rear axle which does not break in the normal way. / None of these things should interfere with the normal D15 parts. / File is attached.

Installing the higher grip tires and a more powerful engine tuning typically destroys the rear suspension very quickly. This one is based on the v0.5 D15, which is apparently much better built than the old versions were. I suspect that several things have been massively improved. One big one is definitely the wheels/tires.

EDIT: I've posted this in it's own thread now. See here: Torsion D-Series "wheelie monster" for v0.5

    BUMP!
This is an old mod. It may not be compatible to the latest version. Check dates before you post.

It's been pretty broken for a while (8 months?). My shameless self-plug is to try this alternative. :-D

Anyway the answer to philises' question is the same whether this mod works or not. You need to copy the values from the engine jbeam into another jbeam (for the target vehicle). Looking at the contents of this old mod will probably be confusing, but my mod I linked to above is much smaller and easier to understand.

I'm having trouble finding the thread which I actually wanted to link to, but here's a couple of things to look at:
wrinkle345 - [Tutorial] Porting Engines (and other parts) inbetween vehicles
JesseAye - WIP (Tutorial) How to add/create your own engine torque curve
Aha! Here's what I was really looking for (for you):
SleepyPickup - [Tutorial] Vehicle performance and components modification (Simple)

I'd say that SleepyPickup's guide is the definitive one for beginners.
