If you just would knew how much effort is needed to put a complete mesh on working jbeam, you wouldn't say that. If he would make jbeam himself, even if as best as he could, you would start complaining about how terrible and unfinished it is
Yeah i know but i really like japanese cars and i really would like to see this one in the actual game
^ Yeah, I would like to see it too in the game, but I also have too many other projects and things I "should" do. And it feels like time is running hell quickly.. Just curious, roughly how long it takes from ready 3d model to working car in game?
if you use preset jbeam like the 89 pessima, a count of minutes. if you want a scratch made, which is a pain in ass, count weeks
Okay, is there some noticeable bad sides using some other car's jbeam? Right now I have no idea what jbeam is, and I'm again taking this little by little to off-topic. Maybe I should read those tuts and wikis.. :/
really the only downside is that at the start it won't fit. in a hour you can move all the nodes to fit properly without making any, if the basic shape of the vehicles is met, like you can't put a sedan on a hatch jbeam. From what you've shown for about the JMM it should be a good fit for the 98 pessima, only problem would be the headlights. you could add me on steam to talk keep this less off topicky, but i'm not all that advanced either so you could hit up someone more experienced who would want to help, like Mythbuster or so.
(still wip) Some of these look so badass I'm looking on how to make the bottom color selectable (without manually changing the material), now that we have more than one color selector available. So many possibilities . Working on a 2.0 version of the plane, with many new changes (apart from the skins)
Never say never It's very early wip right now, but perhaps this is even possible. Big thanks to Atomix for helping so far
I like it! If I can say one thing though, I think the roof is a bit too narrow. It makes it look kinda like a cartoony GTA car.
i like that car your working on looks fun. i look foreword to having a car accident while piloting it.
