Correct, they're also shift lights for M3's equipped with the SMG II Gearbox.

Here's a quick picture on the way back home from C&C.

general rule of thumb, account for 2000 to insure 500-1000 car

Jesus, you poms really get your arses pulverised. Insurance for the A4 and the MX5 totals $1100/£525 a year for me ($700/£335, $400/£190 respectively). Does the premium at least go down substantially for drivers over 25?

Gave it a nice big clean and took it out for some pictures today. It was very cold, but very sunny.

That Megane looks like a fun drive. I bet it would give me a run for my money.

You'd destroy your entire front on first bump when racing it. Don't bother, the megane has got racing-ish suspension and was tuned by professionals

the coil overs are adjustable. im about to raise it up 2 inches for the winter. your right tho the car is too low for street racing on rough city streets.. on smooth back country roads it handles like its on rails tho.

Thanks! I'm sure you could get yourself one for cheap! At least if you're in Europe.

Aha. What power's yours pushing? It would be fun, I bet. Also, I loooove white wheels on Hondas.

it makes around 220bhp on the stock computer. it has a 2.5 inch stainless exhaust but the stock header is holding it back. with a nice 4 to 1 header and a tune im expecting about 250 bhp. the engine is a b16b 1.8. the car weighs between 2500 and 2600. the suspension is full type r 4 lug with type r wheels and fully adjustable coil overs. we would have fun playing cat and mouse in the twisties and even if neither of us lost, the cops for damn sure would.

Ah, cool. I'm running about 310 bhp. I have a Stage 1 ECU, 2.7 inch stainless exhaust, stock turbo running upped 1.2bar boost, Forge Intercooler, KTEC Induction kit, Forge BOV. Stock LSD front Diff with custom Bilstein coilovers on the back, with Falkens all around. However my car weighs about 2900lbs. As for the police, I think they'll be fine keeping up.

yeah we dont have no lancer driving cops here. your making me want to do a small turbo setup myself. maybe a gt28r on like 7 to 9 pounds of boost for a good 280 whp. you turbo guys have it good so well see if i make the jump this summer. i just put together an integra for a friend that were getting dyno tuned. he wont have my throttle response but he will have 500bhp.
if you were on stock boost id give myself even odds. your setup is probably stupid fun. id bet you get next to no lag as well. little turbos rule.

Fun fact: I shortly owned a 1998 Mitsubishi GTO MR before getting my Megane. It was running about 340 bhp and 310 ft/lbs. Was an amazing drive. Here it is:

How could you... swap that for a Megane?

It is French, and French, and that is Sleeper and Epic

Because that gto won't handle like the Megane will. I hate everything France and I'd still take the megane as a drivers car.

Because sadly it ran like shite and was a money pit. I've had my Megane for 6 months now and it's been nothing short of amazing, and I've had zero troubles. Fuel isn't cheap in the UK, so I needed something that could be fuel efficient and still be a bucket of fun. The GTO was doing 17mpg average, whereas the Megane is now doing 25 after all of my mods. Also, I'm 6ft 1, and the roof in the GTO was so low with the sunroof, so I had to lay the seat back and look like a douche with it. The paint in places due to age had deteriorated, and as it was a limited edition pearlescent white, i was looking at about £2000 to put it right. And among lots of other problems, that's why I changed. I'm currently saving for a Silvia S15.
