Go to this site: powersupplycalculator.net/ enter your specs and add ~50W to what it says since you want to be able to do minor upgrades still.
    Just backing BlueScreen up...

Ah ok, thanks! It would work, but I'd rather just wait till I can get a decent 9xx GPU, maybe when nvidia releases the new GPU line-up this year they'll drop in price. I'll need to get a new PSU anyways when I get one of them, since this cheap one doesnt even have a GPU power cable thing.

Ah, checked it. That's the page that tells you what PSU you should take so it won't run on the edge. Also the page with the millions of tiny things to fiddle around with, though it doesn't seem to have Skylake CPUs and DDR4 RAM. You need to find the equivalent if you have a Skylake..........

It didn't have my 750, so I chose a 745, shouldn't make that big a difference though, right?

The 745 isn't actually maxwell. The GT line is always quite a few steps below the GTX line, sometimes using silicon that was low end 5+ years ago. I don't think the 745 is too bad, but never trust numbers, they're misleading.
That's odd, the 750 should be better in every way. That site might just be comparing numbers, not real world performance.

Very plausible, since an AMD FX-8570 has way higher benchmarks than an i5-4690K or 6600K. About 50% higher actually.

Back at 4.2 due to programs unexplicitly crashing and timing out. But a score of 563 in Cinebench R15 isn't to shabby.

Apple, your target disk mode is fucking incredible and for once I find myself saying I love you.

Housemates mac pro running target disk mode. My Macbook pro with its (now transpired) failed hard drive booting off of it over a firewire cable. Currently reinstalling OSX onto the second harddrive in my macbook pro.

The Twin Frozr fans are pretty good so there's no need to raise the speed ;)

The stupid freaking lightning port on my iPhone is being an ass and won't charge my phone.

Wonderful, perhaps I could at least try Android...

Alright. Say, is that thing able to top the Ti's performance with some tweaking to the clock speeds?

@redrobin Try out a Samsung Galaxy A. They are way cheaper than the S, look better and are very similar hardwarewise. Also, only heard good things about them.

Or a Moto X first/second gen. They don't have a scanner but the first gen is on par with a 6s hardwarewise.
Ohhh, off topic lol... Um... what's the worst GPU in the world specswise that you can buy? Just a question.

When I go onto the website of my dealer, go to "graphics cards PCI", then onto "256MB vram" I see only one card: The Matrox Millennium P690 Plus LP PCI, which is a low-profile (:)) card for €273. I presume that there are worse ones, but this is the card with the worst value on the market.

Yeah, a card with PCI-port, 256MB vram and a price of €273. Here. I hope you can understand some things, the funniest thing though is that the chrt is empty. Normmally it should look like this.

a parallax propeller. It can drive vga and ntsc but without any meaningful hardware acceleration

How much vram does it have and how expensive is it?

    none. Cheap

Its not actually a gpu. Its an 8 core microcontroller running at about 80MHz with about 32kb of ram. It can drive VGA signals. But no dedicated vram.

quite a few microcontrollers can drive VGA actually. Just not as a native feature
