Its gonna increase frame rate that is for sure what settings are you running currently on the game...

    so

    Core i5
    8GB Ram (unknown DDR spec)
    Geforce 720

what is your memory is it DDR2 or DDR3?

    Hmm...difficult to say...

How can I check what my memory is? I just know when I bought the computer last year everything that is in it has come stock. So I am not completely sure this is the very first few modifications that I was planning on doing with it. Overall I play with the lighting off and I get a steady 30-25 FPS with two cars.

Ever heard of a program called "Speccy" download that and then give me a screen shot of speccy so I can see what you are running

After installing it just take a screenshot of it when it reads out the system spec then go into RAM and find below SPD the slots and click on Slot #1 and that will tell me enough to give me a RAM spec of your pc

That image is speccy and thats an image of my pc

That GTX 960 will be way faster than that GT 720.
You should be able to increase the graphics settings if you were using low settings previously. :)

$470? But that graphics card and PSU come to $274.24
Is there something else you're including in that cost?

I have an i5 4460 and a GTX 960 SSC and it runs BeamNG great (1080p max settings). You will get around 60fps with any vehicle except about 30ish with the semi truck + one other vehicle.
