    Can ichabge the fuel levels without driving for hours

    You can do it by accessing the console ( press ~) and then select BeamNg vehicle lua, on the bottom left corner and type "drivetrain.fuel=X" x is the number of fuel you want, e.g. drivetrain.fuel=10
