Tires deflate/ explode on many cars

I have Beamng version 0.5.1 and many car mods i download end up with deflating tires or exploding tires. I really need help with this

I do have the new update but still it wont go away

you didn't read then.
next update. Aka, one that's not out yet. The error is fixed but not in the released version of the game, wait for the next game update whenever that is (doubt too long) and it will be fixed

You don't have the update with the fix though. It's not out yet.
