Yes. Just yes. Someone made a mod (Really early alpha version) for it a while back and said they "would never abandon it", and it got abandoned. It looked so smexy too.
I think a neat idea would to add 2 classic cars with a similar chassis- the Fiat 124 spyder, and the Lada riva. The Lada would be slow, of course but would have heavy sheetmetal And I already made a thread about it, but I'd like to see a precursor to the 200BX (which is clearly based off of a Nissan Silvia). It should have pop up headlamps, a turbo 4 with about 175 hp and styling cues from the Nissan S12 and the Mitsubishi Starion.

Modern Gavril Marshal (REALLY OLD CONCEPT, i realize it looks like crap) The Roamer is based off a 1989 Jeep Cherokee, and the Grand Marshal is based on the 2007 Crown Victoria LX. I also realize the Roamer looks too much like the original, I'm working on a better concept.
I have 3 more concepts along with an "improved" Roamer (Only a slight tail light difference) if anybody wants to see them.

What if we had a modern American sedan? Like a Charger or Impala. Both could be a modern Grand Marshal. (Although, to be honest the Impala and or the Malibu would be closer to the Grand Marshal then the Charger would).

the grand marshal is my favorite car in the game... so i decided to make a new version ( like the pessima has a old and new version) so behold the 1998-2011 Gavril Grand Marshal! its heavily based on the Ford Crown Victoria. with some Lincoln Town Car elements since i had nothing better to do i came up with some variations: -Interceptor: (based on the roush "corba" crownvic) stage 2 tuning 400hp, race suspension. features a chin spoiler, cowl hood and rear lip spoiler. (maybe quad exhaust?) -Police/Sheriff: (based on crownvic p71) features a spotlight, pushbar and a low pro led lightbar. (red blue on police, all blue on sheriff) stage 1 tuning 300 hp, heavy duty suspension. -Fire: same as police. different wheels (hubcaps) and no push bar. features a red lightbar -Taxi: (based on crownvic p72) base model with yellow taxi paintjob and roofsign. 250hp -Specialbased on mercury grand marquis) a favorite among old people... two tone paint, white wall tires and air suspension. 250 hp -Drag: drag suspension, drag wheels, custom paint, rollcage and a stage 3 supercharger! 850-900hp -Drift: got tired of the same old striped drift missile setup on ever car. so this has a custom paintjob, custom wheels, chinspoiler 400hp and drift suspension -Detective: unmarked version of the police. has lights behind grille, windshield etc. 300hp -Sport: (based on crownvic lx sport/ mercury marauder) sport suspension and wheels. 300hp -Limo: well its a limo....
