It can, unless you master the really sensitive throttle and the car's tendency to fishtail once you mash the gas, it'll be an amazing car.

 

Is it modded? (It probably is) because modded cars are for the next race.

 

Yes, it is modded. You can find it in the Turbo Bolide mod.

Thought I'd show off my current daily driver. She's a '70 Barstow with custom paint and suspension, a 423 V8, 4-speed manual, and Hirochi SBRS2 19x8 rims. She might not be that good on the track, but the suspension is nice and soft for cruising.
