Neither intersection scenarios are possible to complete. The van is too slow and the timer runs out before I even hit the checkpoint, and in the second one it says i'm too slow even if I hit the other car. I've run both of these scenarios multiple times, (going as fast as I possibly can, slow, in between) and it always ends in the same way
I've completed both of them. Go full speed and let off the accelerator for only a split second before the chicane.
That didn't help at all. I'm hitting both the cars in both scenarios anyway, but it still says I was too slow. The van is too slow to even get to the checkpoint before the timer runs out, even at full throttle. The sunburst hits, lands, then the "too slow" message shows up.
im unclear if this is a bug with the newest update but fire has been showing up more often than it should and the extinguish vehicle only lasts for a second then it reignites....., other than that on vehicle recovery dont really like it being able to be in whatever direction, so far the cars that have ignited on me too soon/reigniting are the burnside which happened to the front, and the newer model pessima which was hit in the front and both nodes front and rear ignited. and those intersection scenarios do not work only get 9 fps on it and the timer runs out way way too quick, i normally get 60fps on gridmap but also depends on the vehicle and usually can only have 1-2 cars before my fps really tanks to unplayable and when i hit f7 it doesnt keep the vehicles damage it just makes it new again when i dont want it new
Found out that the game will crash if you check the screenshot folder, this bug has made me mad for a whole afternoonXD
Mods will interfere with most of the new features on Beamng, my advice is disable all you mods and start clean or experiment which mods don't interfere.
This might be a complaint based around my poor skill, but I'm finding the Bank Robbery scenario pretty well impossible to complete. The ETK is too quick, and brakes too often to do a pit maneuver (and that's if you're not bothered by all of the technical corners), and even keeping pace with the ETK is a challenge; the Sunburst's brakes often fail to sufficiently slow it down for the turns that the ETK often makes with relative ease. And while I understand the need to keep one's vehicle in top order, the damage sensitivity is royally unsatisfying and rather unfair. I often would scrape up my vehicle just enough to hit the threshold even if it was still operable, even with no engine or thermal damage and four mostly aligned wheels. It just feels like a scenario meant to impress the values of pit maneuvering while making it extremely difficult to realistically execute one.
Not sure if it's a bug or not, but the quickest way to heat up your coolant is to drive backwards, slow or fast.
Bugs The 'shortcut' scenario (Grand Marshal up and down the mud slope in JRI) has a rather large ditch at the bottom of the slope that will severely cripple the car most of the time. The oil pressure gauges in the Van and Bolide wrongly work as oil temp gauges. (Gavril convention seems to be H/C for temps as seen in GM and pickup. The Bolide's gauge numbers are too low for temp and are closer to those of oil pres gauges.) (Repost) The ETK 800's oil temp gauge doesn't work. Below, more reposts from 0.5.2 that aren't resolved The 200BX's tachometer reads roughly 200 rpm low at high rpm. The speedo of the 90's Pessima stops rotating around 128-ish mph. The Moonhawk's front suspension wobbles apart under hard braking when lockup occurs, especially with the sport and special variants. The rotating concealed headlights of the Barstows clip through the current radiator support. The Roamer has low beam/parking light controls on both the dash and the indicator stalk. Maybe re-use the Van's stalk instead? Suggestions/queries Don't really like the vignette effect TBH, is there a toggle somewhere? While the stock V8 Gavrils are no longer affected, the stage 1 variants still suffer from the inability to properly brake torque due to a high clutch torque value in the engine jbeam. Disregard this if there's a drivetrain code overhaul coming. As the current props' rotation system seemingly can't do vario-tick instruments yet, I'd suggest giving the Ibishu tachos and speedos a fixed rotation sweep scale. (E.g. Currently, the 80's Pessima and Covet tachos read funny at very high and very low readings; 8000 rpm becomes 7500 rpm, 0 rpm isn't at the right place.) The SBR's DCT ratios for 2nd and 3rd are a tad bit too close. I'd also make all 7 ratios in turbo models longer since mid-range is very strong and the engines struggle above 7500 rpm, economy and top speed would be significantly improved. The Roamer has a ESC button and the Marshal a STM button, so any plans for ESC or do they stand for something else? The 90's Pessima with the automatic could use the (PRND21) gear indicator of the 80's one. As the ETK 800 has a visible 3D mesh radiator fan rather than a texture, are there any plans to add rotation to it?
You will get that when the game is running below 20FPS (which means your game isn't running in realtime anymore, breaking the scenarios). --- Post updated --- On your end. I do that constantly without issues.. As said above. Below 20FPS = Game no more in realtime, scenarios are not playable. We need a giant message for that. What mod was causing that? It's possible we are using the same internal name for both mods (custom)
No need to delete, it helps me to find the issue too. I thought i had no sunbirst related mods but by removing all the mods, the new skins appeard indeed, like Nadeox1 said as the beginning. As i like the mods that i have, i'll have to find which one is causing that, i think it could be a map mods containing scenarios and maybe car presets. --- Post updated --- Hi Nadeox1, thanks for answering. the sunburst new skins not appearing : Found the mod causing that. I had finally a lot of mods and one was lost in the list and causing the issue. It's the adjustable camera from Synsol, that overwrites the cars main jbeam. I now remember there was a warning about this issue in the mod topic, and anyway this mod has never worked for me so sorry for the false problem. Solved ! I will report the issue in the topic of this mod.

Ibishu 200bx bug: when i spawn the ibishu 200bx(race,drift,custom) the front springs explode i check the tuning menu and the camber for both front wheels is off the scale(not sure about this. it might just be a mod i have installed)
