For some odd reason i have noticed that my ibishu 200x is not accelerating correctly and bounces while driving with the engine reving constantly.

My other issue is that on all of the versions of the etk 800 (very nice model by the way) does not have any textures on the engine (its just orange and says no texture).

you tried installing all your mods right?
currently the game has no easy way to see which mod could be causing and issue so you may have to try every zip until you find the bad one
(ps. as of 5.2.0 you don't have to restart the game after installing a mod unless it replaces stock vehicle files)

    No I actually haven't.

See this is why I loved the old file system. Unzip then drop into either a vehicle or level folder. I Still have the old non-steam installed too.

Dont get me wrong I love the new beamng drive. Being able to drive w/o feeling like your on ice and better physics is very nice but honestly I really hope someday the devs revert back to the old way of installing things.

you can still install things like that, the mods folder is just for convenience and having all mods in the same place (And for the future people that will play beamng)

Whats wrong with a simple dump zip into mods as the game currently uses?

It's in the documents folder. Also zip files take longer for a game as complex as this to access in Windows 10. (at least that's what it seems)

you can always unzip the files if it is too slow
the mods folder takes unzipped mods as well
    --- Post updated ---
just make sure to keep the file structure the same (ps. the game mod manager has an option to "unpack" a mod (unzip) so if you want just use that)
for manual unpacking put the files in the zip folder in /documents/mods/unpacked/mod_name/

They do take up more space when unzipped though, so that's something to think about.

looks like one of the mods was causing the issue.

random question: Is the Airbag steering wheel supposed to deploy? cause when i select it on the ibishu 200x and crash it does nothing. :(

No, no air bags - it's just a higher trim steering wheel. though it's worth considering that there are no passengers to for the airbags to save anyway.

true but it would be fun to see at some point. the etk especially because that car seems to be really safe. i rarely get any intrusion into the passenger shell.
