Campain and multiplayer

2 question
1. Did you dev think a little about the campain (story) , is it will look like need for speed or like forsa motosport?
2. will there have multiplayers servers

Story? You mean background info for the car manufacturers? Or story mode?

 

story mode

 

So you want career mode? Unlocking vehicles and so on? That's not for a simulator game like BeamNG.

Too bad. There will be an open world career mode.

 

Why not? Why can't a game have a decent career mode and good handling?

 

So I win a level to get a certain part for my starting vehicle (like D series), and after I finish a chapter I get another vehicle to choose from?

That's not how this game's career would work. You win a mission, you get money. With money you can buy uprages and parts and new cars...
With better cars you can participate in more challenging missions which have more money etc...

 

I hope BeamNG will never ever require getting credits, even in career mode. Many game companies sell credits for real money. Players pay to get this game, and really dont want to spend any more (other than DLC packs)

 

I am 99% sure that this game will not have buying stuff with real money... But it will likely get "credits". Check the "value" of the cars. Each car has its own value.

 

no there will never be multiplayer servers... that much data being sent across the internet is a rest in peace for any serevr wanting to run beamng... but i hope they add campaign i really want to do some sort of "story" mode thing

I want to be able to earn credits in career mode, but its just stupid to have to pay more, and even for DLC packs I'd prefer them to just be made into a sequel or something, the devs have or are considering paid mods though... but just because there are credits doesn't mean there would be microtransactions, plenty of games on the ps2 and older consoles had games with currency that you earn and couldn't buy even if you wanted to(a lot had cheat codes or something though).
