Welcome to the average quality of the Play Store content!
No seriously, Google's Play Store is filled with a lot of rip-off of other games, and Google has done nothing to prevent these so far, AFAIK :\

All these games uses the same Unity vehicle physics IIRC ( http://www.edy.es/dev/vehicle-physics/ ) and etc. Just easy money for those people.. :\
