How many fps do you think i'll get on the following games: GTA 5, The division, BF4, The crew, watchdogs, CS:GO etc

Let me know! if you can make me a build for the same price but get more FPS!

Those specs should get you between 40 - 60 + FPS. Sorry, I can't point specific numbers to those games.

The only thing I'd recommend you do is get a power supply that is 80+ Gold.

First of all: The CPU is basically crap. Get an Intel Pentium G4500 or i3 6100 instead. And a Mainboard with H110- or H170-chipset, I'll look for one in the same price range. The rest seems pretty good. I've heard that 2x4GB RAM sticks give you twice the speed though.

I set up an Intel version of this build; you'll probably be better in terms of framerates and performance outside of games too. Additionally, you get DDR4 RAM and greater expandability in terms of your processor. Intel just has a newer architecture and better single core performance. The fact that it has fewer cores means very little in games.

Was going to say something, but what @Heckuvatester said is even better.

the Pentium G4500 is almost the exact same as the i3 6100

That is not true, having 2 RAM sticks gives you no speed advantage whatsoever.

No it's not. i3 supports hyperthreading. When you have 4 cores (i5 vs i7) it's irrelevant, but on a dual core it can make the difference between running a game or not.

Actually it's slightly faster since it runs in dual channel mode. Only slightly though. The actual reason to get 2x4 is redundancy (1 stick dies, you can use your PC with half the RAM until you get a new one).

The i3 is hyperthreaded making it effectively a quad core. HT doesn't do much when you already have 4 physical cores, but it does eliminate the dual core bottleneck.

If you're talking about the i3 build. Yes and yes. About twice as powerful as a console in fact.

40-60 fps 1080p in high settings for most of those. CSGO will easily run at 300+ maxed.

Honestly I have no idea. You would have a more future proof build and BeamNG would run better. Never tried streaming so I'm not sure how much it impacts performance (or whether it's CPU or GPU bound).

Should be able to run most games in high settings 1080p for the next 2 years or so. Will run most games in mid settings for 3-4 years. That's just for the graphics card, CPU should be good for 5+ years.

Easily twice as powerful as a PS4.
