PS3 controller not being detected.

I downloaded Motioninjoy, I set up the controller, but T3D won't detect it, it only detects my wireless USB keyboard. Can you give me some tips?

 

uninstall the motionjoy you downloaded. goto motion joy web site. download the older version 60005. install it. start it, plug your ps3 controller in with usb cord. click the drivers page, install drivers. go back to profile page, click 360 controller emulator, click enable shold here a sound, don't close ds3 tool, and start beamNG drive. should work fine.

 

T3D log says it failed to unbind it.

Nothing.

 

I'm having this same exact problem! I hope someone figures out what is happening.

 

You need to have the controller configured with the Xbox 360 Controller Emulator in MotionJoy, it's the only way Drive recognizes it.

 

It fails to unbind my controller.

 

Select your game controller

Select ximput default

Test by checking LED Custom 1 + 4 Then turn up left motor and right motor and enable, then vibration test

Then (Without closing ds3) Close and reopen BeamNG, If this does not work

Restart pc, follow steps, if still not working wipe BeamNG and re install (Could help with binding inputs ect.)
