I like Ford, but in America like the F-150 and things like that, not in France, In particular the 1970' One because there was just BIG HUGE car with a 0,5 Hp motors in, what we call a "veau" in english a veal ... And now... well It's like Plastic car ^^ But american one, yes sure !
AMERICAAAAA And ya, the f-150 received an aluminum body in 2015 And the super dutys and f-650-750 are beasts
fords my family have owned have never broken down unless if it was treated like trash (my brother had a silver 93 and it had a wiring issue. then there was a 98 model and after hauling rocks, it just wanted to die) our current truck (and only vehicle) is an 82 f-100. it has the old 300 I6 and a 3 speed. (if someone can find the linkage for a column shift for a 7th gen F-series for me, i'll be VERY VERY happy)
Had a 2000 Ford Focus Estate with the 1.8l Zetec and Ghia trim. Loved it. Couldnt afford to keep it though.
like over £800 for insurance. £126.50 for 6 months road tax. £50 for the only garage in my area that I remotely trust to do an MOT (the others are horrifically bad service and the kind of people that will genuinely break your car just so they can claim it needs more work doing). Plus when I sold it on without an MOT, new owner said it needed £300 of work in order to pass its MOT. Thats great but I have major financial issues already and was moving to a student house near my uni where I dont need a car anymore.
