I am sure this has been mentioned a lot, but I tried searching for it and could not find it. Anyways, for the past few versions I will crash and the car will catch on fire, but when I press "Extinguish Vehicle", it puts the fire out for a second and the fire comes back. It's kind of annoying when I'm trying to do crash tests and it does that.

So, my follow up question is this, do I do anything with the input data, or does the game do it automagically? I've pulled it in and it shows but not sure if it actually did anything.

The engine doesnt break every time you hit a wall. It depends on how fast you hit an object, and where you hit the vehicle from. Try out the 90s pessima, its engine isnt very strong when it come to collisions

Not sure if this has been noticed or mentioned but the right fender on the Moonhawk seems to be under stress from a unknown force and after a while of driving it deforms by itself. The other fender seems to be fine though.

As long as you have enabled its checkbox, it will be used. You can verify this by going to the menu Apps > Add app > double click FFB Graph > Done, then disable the Rates and Input checkboxes. The light red line is the forces that are being sent (with correction), the dark red line is the force that would have been sent if correction was disabled.
The change in feeling may or may not be noticeable, depending on how familiar you are with the subtleties of your steering wheel and the chosen vehicle and road surface, and also depending on how much correction your steering wheel requires (a very good steering wheel would ideally require very little correction, thus feeling very similar with or without it).

one thing that i found is that the tires like to glitch into anything other than the ground or solid objects.

So it is automagic, okay. Just making sure, the FFB feels great, and an Automagic formula is way better than PCars 50 settings. Though once you get them dialed in, it feels way better. Thanks for the help.
FYI, I have a Fanatec GT2 that has a fairly linear feedback line. I can give you my .csv files if you guys want to make it a standard wheel setting. I've even done multiple drift settings which change the linearity.
