Do you guys even want to be a game development studio? Where's the assistence?

    It's been three weeks since I sent out my issues to them. No reply what so ever in my inbox. Like who the hell do I contact if I don't understand something? I want to support this game, but why would I when the support doesn't even want to support me? Who do I contact? They don't even reply to my email. I get they're in Alpha, and all that jazz, but I mean a player is having an issue with their game, that only they know how to fix, or do it the rightt way, why are they ignoring me? I refuse to give up on things, it's unacceptable. So, I'll keep talking here and sending them emails until I get my issue fixed... I don't expect the community to do it, the game developers need to do it. So I apologize for my rant, but this is directed at them... definitely not a nice way to treat your customers.

    You really should just post a message with your problems on the forum, in less that 5 min you would get a answer from a member of the staff

    You're asking for help with a modding situation, and you're surprised that the support team can't/won't walk you through the entire process, and given the fact that you report posts, continued to open new threads and then question the company's integrity when they don't get back to your very specific modding problem makes me wonder exactly what you expect.

    Every time that guy answered, it was a day later. He said it wasn't a chat system, and I respect that. But it's been weeks and I'm feeling more disabled than ever because I can't figure it out. All I'm asking for is a simple step by step. It never fails.

    Step 1: Describe the first step

    Step 2: Describe the second step, etc...

    I want to create things for their game. Help me help them. But you guys are right I'm sorry I am getting a little furious more than I should, I acknowledge that, buuuut... >.> I'm still confused as to where to start to fix my issue.

    Yeah, I agree, you do deserve help in a timely matter. But from what I know, Nadeox is the only forum support guy and they have a few internal support guys, and if you frequent this forum as much as I do you'd see the vast quantities of support needed. Y'know, the team's gotta deal with the 12 years olds who want nitro boost cars and people wondering why their decade old laptop can't run the game and so on and on. The support team is probably overwhelmed every day of the week all year.

    Anyway, in regards to the problem at hand, the materials system is one of a few things that prevents me myself from modding... I don't really understand it so I can't help. Best of luck, though.

    You guys are right, I'm starting to feel like a jerk. If he's the only support guy, then kudos to him he's doing an absolutely great job then. I hate to be the one who gets in the way of anyone like that.

    It's been a few days since I've been at work on this, so I'll start from scratch maybe I am missing something.

    Also, Firepower what will the console do? I'll check it out

    It will tell you what's going on in the game, and eventually show errors.

    Hi @theonciest ,
    It appear that your first support request never made it through to us for some reason.
    Althought we received the second one (the one you sent today).

    I'm sorry for the issue, we usually reply to all our emails in around 24 hours, and I can assure that happens as I personally take care of them.
    We had an issue with our mailing system around the start of the month, so I think you email got caught in that system's issue.

    Accept these excuses, this has been an isolated case.

    For reference, if it happens we don't receive/reply email for some reason (hopefully not), we are always active on the forums, so you know where to reach us aswell.

    Thank you so much man, sorry to hear about your servers. I am willing to comply with any issues you guys might have, and hey if it takes awhile to get the thing working, it's cool. If you want to take a day or two to get back to me on this no rush. It's the least I can do after realizing I've been so whiny. >.<
