    Dat stance.

Overdrive works like a dream. Musta been preserved by the switch being broken all these years.

That's awesome. What condition is it in? Lots of rust as they usually have or did you manage to find a gem?

So you found a time capsule containing an AW11? Well done!

New chain and sprocket set fitted and adjusted.
    It actually has teeth :D
    The old sprocket... pretty mashed.
Edit. Apparently the forums can't take images from Google docs. Good to know. (just right click the broken image links and click open in new tab) - they really aren't that interesting though.

Its in decent enough condition, but not perfect. As for rust there is no body/structural rust as that was fixed by the previous owner and repainted over in the original color. only problem with the paint is it has orangepeel'd a bit so I gotta polish the crap out of it to make it smooth again, as well as a crap-load of wax coats. Eventually I may wet sand / polish it flat again but I want to see what polishing with a slightly abrasive head + lots of wax will do first. The engine/drive-train has 159k km on it (just under 100k miles) so its fine, though the front running gear has some surface rust and the muffler is shot from rust. Needs new rear tires too, as it currently has temporary steelies with winter tires on from an old honda. Interior is 10/10, paint 6.5/10, drivetrain 8/10, running gear/muffler=surface-rust/10.

Sent it into a kerb sideways at low speed. Mercifully no visible body damage, though I suspect the frame might be very slightly out as rain started leaking through the roof seal shortly after the impact. I haven't inspected it at all since it's still pouring, but as it stands, I'll need new wheels, lower control arms, and probably a tierod. The steering wheel is dead straight in these shots...

    Wasn't even hooning :L

Well, my MB didn't pass the MOT because all emission values are through the roof. Even though it has a new cat and o2 sensor. So dad left it to one of the shops in town and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. What am I going to do now...either keep it after it passes MOT or sell it and get this:

Can you see what the badge on the bootlid says?

Yup. Backlight wired into the dimmer for the light in the cluster. Car already has a tach signal wire in the harness that just plugged into it so I only had to figure out power. Works pretty well.
