from the development blog (spotlights) http://www.beamng.com/threads/development-screenshots-2.24313/#post-387888 it wont let me quote
I wasn't sure, I said it might be all of them, and that it could be around that time frame. That's called speculation. Also, I reviewed the blog post again. I counted, and correct me if I'm wrong, six current vehicle designers. With only three more cars in this public list, there's no way that they can't get them done within seven weeks (including the time before 0.5.6, when the K-Series was deemed releasable, but not the update), unless they decide to add loads of fine details and custom parts, or, as you said, go on holiday. However, I'm sure the devs would let us know if they were planning on delaying the currently streaming process and anticipated development to go about with other, less productive things, just like other game teams announce their vacations. Or they just might choose to not release one or two because of some issues, I would understand that, that's probably why the modern Ibishu Pessima didn't make it to the 0.4.1 update and was instead released in a subsequent smaller update, 0.4.1.1. A vehicle might also be pulled simply because "it isn't ready yet," which would be less likely for this update. Unless issues have been holding it back, the 2400i will probably be the most customizable or complex vehicle in the game because it's had the second-longest active development time of any other post-Race vehicle from leak to release (beaten out so far only by the Hirochi SBR4, which was in active development from even before the Race Update). This may have also occured because the Miramar and K-Series were possibly less complicated to develop or had fewer problems, or they were developing several cars at a time or improving existing ones. Also, might I mention the three separate vehicles that were in development before at one point. Before the 0.5.0 update, a similar major milestone, the hyped-for ETK 8xx and Burnside Special, as well as the less-anticipated older Pessima, were all shown at close to completion when they were leaked. 0.5.0 came out, and there was a new vehicle. Surprisingly, half a month later, another vehicle was released. That's how much the devs care about this game, and how fast they produce. TL;DR My original statement is plausible.
Guess what? I PMed Gabester yesterday about the spotlights and trunk antenna I pointed out in my Police Equipment thread in Ideas & Suggestions. Also, I think I see a Setina PB450L pushbar on the Roamer.
got a little bit burned by Gabester there could happen to me as well (i have so many mods installed i dont know witch is witch)
They surely can do all the cars in this time, but it depends also on the other parts of the game, the 2400i will be released in the next update that will probably feature lots of new things, we'll see more cars when the campaign will be out, i suppose
Are you sure? Look at how short the current pushbar is on the Roamer. The current pushbar (Setina PB400) covers barely half-way up the grille, where the new pushbar (Setina PB450L) goes all the way up the grille. <----- Setina PB450L <------Setina PB400 The current pushbar even clips through the Roamer's front bumper, meaning the current pushbar is only compatible with the Grand Marshal, and isn't made in "one-size-fits-all". And yes, the new pushbar is blocking the front license plate, which the Setina PB450L also does as shown here:
I read a post sometime earlier and it said the Fulmine was supposed to be a 60's 2+2 like a Ferrari 330 GT or a Maserati 2500 GT.
