Little things I've been up to: New avatar. I drew it in Paint.net. It's based on the Forlorn Junk Heap from MOTHER 3. Common Desktop Environment. It used to be the traditional UNIX desktop, and it's now free software. I've got it running on a 10-year-old Dell Inspiron desktop on top of OpenBSD. The UI looks Windows 3.1-era and it takes a bit of DIY hackery to set up, but it's actually aged quite well in terms of functionality. It's fast and lightweight, and apparently NASA uses it in Mission Control. Screenshots coming soon.
It WAS my Grandma's car, but yesterday, while was driving, she suddenly blacked out, then lost control and hit a tree. Shortly after hitting the tree, the car caught on fire. Luckily, she only has minor injures.
Finally I can actually play this game now. It averages 80 fps maxed out at 1080p whereas my old one averaged 10 fps with lowest everything 800p
I really doubt this because of how poorly optimised the gfx engine is right now. Unless you have a GTX 1070 or 1080, I just can't believe it without proof. People still struggle to hold 60fps with 980Ti's.
anyone know if tell-tale has indicated anything about a season 2 or episode 6 for Back to the future The Game?
Tesco is currently reminding me forcefully of where I live. In other news there's a blue man who is perplexed by me photographing a shopping isle.
