They'd need two turbos bigger than the cylinders and a Pikes Peak liuvery, else it just looks for me to say "Oh god. Oh god. Oh god."
For the taxi, can we expect different signs on top? Like this one, which would be found on a average cab in my Town, it is often the only thing that shows it's a cab... Although a full skinned taxi is nice, just putting a small taxi light on the roof is pretty good to, please add a taxi light like this to put on, let's say, the Pessima or the ETK 2400i... And a old Burnside taxi would be nice too...
From the bollard video, it looks like we're getting a new prop. Also, did anyone else hear those sounds?
Do Devs play with mods in their micro Blogs? Ask yourself that question... Would they show us them playing with a mod? No...
Well, what the devs are playing with, are going to be part of the game soon, but they are WIP and they are showing us what is coming to the game.
http://www.beamng.com/threads/beamng-gameplay-videos.1701/page-36#post-350258 He probably has some sound pack he made.
I'm going to make an educated guess using past patterns and facts. Drowsysam posted a video with unique sounds, its a mod. Drowsysam again posts a video with unique sounds, I'm again going to assume it's a mod. http://www.beamng.com/threads/update-speculation-thread.20246/page-23#post-350411
Ok, but was it is the de blogs or stuff like that? I feel you don't even look at the posts, just saying random stuff which isn't even part of the conversation now...
DS may use a mod, but i think that he just uses the sounds that are being developed. It was mentioned in the Blogpost and the devs hired a new sound technician. Just speculations btw
The sounds in the video linked a few posts above are from a fairly popular engine sounds mod. I used to use it but the turbo noise overpowered all the engines so i stopped using it.
No, the post I brought up was not from the developer section, I'll give you that. The point of that was to show evidence that Drowsysam has at least used a sound mod in the past, albeit not in the dev section. That fact, coupled with the fact that the new sounds system is barely in experimental stages, leads me to the conclusion that the sounds we heard in the video were most likely from a sound pack, and not official content. I am trying to bring together evidence that supports my claim that the sounds in the video were modded, and that other video with modded sounds posted by the same developer was good proof supporting my claim, despite the fact that it was not posted in the blogs section.
