Update Speculation thread

It's probably tonight or on tuesday.

 

Updates always get released on the weekend, at least that's what's being aimed for, so it's very doubtful it'll be either.

 

Some get released on tuesdays, too. But mainly on Friday-Sunday.

 

With all this talk about hype trains...

will you lot stop going on about the hype train? it's okay to be excited but spamming this thread with "HYPE TRAIN WWOOO!!!!111" isn't.

 

But what else is there to do while we wait? There isn't anything to speculate on, they already announced and kinda told us what's coming and what's not, so this is all we can do while we wait, if you don't want spam, unwatch the thread...

 

i agree with you, i dont get people who go "stop asking for updates bla bla bla itll come out when its ready bla bla bla"
its not like we are making demands like "release a new update or we boycott this game!!!!" or saying"REPORT DEVS TO INTERPOL FOR NOT RELEASING UPDATES GGGHAWARFRBRBRBR!!!!!"
no... all of us on this thread love this game a lot and are thrilled by its development over the months and years, and we are quite excited for the upcoming update which we know will come soon, so we share our excitement on this thread with each other because its fun!!... if someone doesnt like the hype train then get off the train and take the bus, ill even drop you off to the bus stop in my pigeon.

sorry i actually cant take anyone on ym blue hype pigeon, it broke..... so i had to tow it with another pigeon which overheated and now the pigeon towing my pigeon is being towed by another pigeon

 

The qa branch had another update, so I'm guessing that if it passes inspection, we'll have this update tomorrow. If not, it'll be next weekend.

 

Guys I understand being hyped and all that, but consider this: I (and I assume many other users) have notifications on for this thread, I love to follow this one not only for speculation about content and whatnot, but also for the littlest hint of a possible update date (like when people quickly notice steam branch updates, or when the official thread gets deleted or hints on the dev section, you know, things like that). Everytime I saw a notification for this thread I used to get excited wondering what would the news be about.

But now there's just hype train this, hype train that, constant spam like if this were a chatroom, and that is without even a real reason to be that hyped, and honestly I think that can get annoying. I could disable notifications for this thread, but I do enjoy following it when there's actual discussion or actual reasons to be hyped. I understand the need to vent and that this has become some kind of "containment thread" so the forums don't get filled with spam but think about it for a moment if you couldn't be doing some more productive things on the forum than that.

 

If there is nothing to speculate, then go do something productive with your life.

 

just go outside.

 

This is getting out of hand. I put some serious FAQs in the OP, and i really don't want to be "that guy" who insists on putting rules on threads, but if the childishness continues I will, and if it continues after that I'll ask the mods to remove the thread because 90% of the people here are acting like spoiled little brats. I wouldn't be surprised if it was locked after this, and if it is I'll show no interest in it becoming unlocked.

I think the ETK 2400i might actually be called the 2000 Series when released. The 400 in 2400i would mean that it uses a sedan unibody and the "i" being a certain trim.

The 800 uses this method for naming it's series of cars. The 854 is a 800 5-door wagon with the I-4 while the 846 is an 800 sedan with the I-6 (The 846 is an example from Bernd's sedan mod).
