my automatic transmission not working

so in any car i use my automatic transmission wont behave "right" drive does nothing and 1-2 is under powered, this is in all cars modded or not, ive sofar tryed with no mods and with a fresh reinstall anyone having the same problem? also im playing with a logitech g29

I've had the same issue for a long time, the only answer I got was "Uninstall your mods" but I did that and it's still messed up.

 

in automatic mode 1-2 are fully locked as if clutch was dumped instantly before any power. its been like that since realistic automatics were added into the game.. only drive gets the real automatic benefit

 

But Drive doesn't work. Neither does reverse.

I fixed it. I went in and cleared out all my old "Backup" files, then ran the "Cleanup.bat" file. Launch, re-enable mods, good to go.

Well, it was fixed for half an hour, now doing the same thing. Grrr.

 

Have you tried cleaning up all the cache folders and files?

 

i can not see the "pedals" UI app and im not sure my computer can handle recording and beamng.drive at the same time :/ and also looks like the bug is now fixed as i can no longer reproduce the bug since the last update, great game so far

with 2 and 1 not having any power, drive is fine cos the clutch builds the revs for a smooth take off, 2 and 1 dont do this for some reason and hence have no power cos the engine is bogged down at around 100rpm, where as drive has around 2000 rpm on the stall

 

I was still having this issue until just a little bit ago. I got rid of all my mods, deleted every last remnant off my pc, and I mean everything, reinstalled fresh and it seems fixed. Reinstalled my mods, all seems well.
