Building a $500 Desktop soon, this will be my first computer build. This is the best list of parts I could come up with in that budget range, yet I'm not sure how this will run BeamNG.drive. My main goal is to have this at least be able to spawn in 6 vehicles while maintaining steady FPS, hopefully more than that. Thanks for your time. Here's the part list (Minus Tower):

Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64 Bit System Builder OEM | PC Disc
    Samsung SATA 1.5 Gb-s Optical Drive, Black SH-224DB/BEBE ,
Gigabyte Motherboard Micro ATX DDR4 LGA 1151 GA-H110M-S2H GSM
    Intel BX80662G4400 Pentium Processor G4400 3.3 GHz FCLGA1151
Gigabyte GeForce GTX Graphics Cards GV-N950WF2OC-2GD
Seagate 1TB Desktop HDD SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive (ST1000DM003)
    EVGA 430 W1 80+, 430W Continuous Power, 3 Year Warranty Power Supply 100-W1-0430-KR

    Ballistix Sport LT 8GB Single DDR4 2400 MT/s (PC4-19200) DIMM 288-Pin - BLS8G4D240FSB (Gray)

You won't be able to get anything good in that price range that will run 6 vehicles. Unless the FX-6300 can do it (need someone else's input on that, as I honestly don't know). However, this will probably serve your needs best: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Funky7Monkey/saved/wYp7YJ

Its probably a smart idea to look at other peoples builds that are similiar to yours as you will get a much better and more accurate answer otherwise
    Cue meme

Change out that processor with a I5 and you should be good. Get on used, save yourself a bit of money. CPU's don't really wear out like other parts, atleast not compared to GPU's and RAM and stuff

How many FPS should I get with an I5 while having these multiple 6 cars or so spawned in at once? Plus, I have the Dump Truck mod, which currently, its impossible to run on my laptop, how would that run on this build?

Hard to say, the dump truck is one of the more demanding. Tbh I'm thinking you over estimate what you're budget can get you. You're getting into I7 900+ USD build territory. My whole setup cost me 500 and it can barely handle 1 normal car much less 6 demanding ones.

I just fired up the game to test.

    With version 0.5.6.1, an i5 4690 @ 3.5GHz can do 6 D15s OR 4 Burnsides while maintaining 60FPS

However, that's tested on on infinite grid at lowest settings @ 720p, and with settings at high @ 1080p I get drops with just three D15s. Furthermore, CPU overhead on vegetated maps is a huge framerate killer, and the reason why I can't run two vehicles at East Coast, USA (try the cops & robbers scenario).

With that in mind, it's up to TeenWolf896 to decide exactly what he means by six vehicles concurrently. I'd say an recent top-end i5 (4690 or 6500) would be minimum to accomplish the criteria, but a better CPU would be ideal if you actually want to play on more vegetated maps.

Currently, my laptop can run 3 different 4 door vehicles while maintaining a good 20-30 fps on maps that are aren't completely full of vegetation, but have some. And this computer is $500 and is a year and a half old. My main goal is to build a desktop for around $500, that could run somewhat better than this pre-built laptop, 6 cars was just a rough estimate of how something in that range could run BeamNG (I'm brand new to building and computers parts, so that's why I need you guys).

Only ssds and hard drives wear out. Linus just did a video on that.

Well, that's not really impressive if you're running 20-30FPS. At that framerate, I can take more almost ten D15s before it goes into the teens.

Anyways, this $500 budget: Where are you from? Five hundred Canadian or Australian dollars is a lot less than five hundred American dollars. Roughly speaking, you could get a Skylake i5 and a GTX 1060 plus everything else for around 500 USD.

United States. I'm not really looking for a straight 60 FPS all the time, 30 FPS is perfectly fine for me. Also, will that I5 4690 work with the list of parts I'm planning to use (Switching it out with that Pentium of course)?

No. Because the 4690 uses the LGA 1150 socket, and the Pentium you have listed uses LGA 1151. What I recommend if you plan to upgrade this build when you get the money/new hardware comes out, keep the motherboard and buy an i5 6400. It performs slightly worse than the 4690, but it uses the current generation CPU architecture from Intel. If you don't plan to upgrade, and will simply build a new computer when the time comes, get the 4690, an 8GB kit of DDR3 RAM (G.Skill is reliable), and an H97 (or Z97, if you want to overclock the CPU, which you'd need the 4690k). I would also recommend getting an aftermarket CPU cooler, especially for overclocking. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo works incredibly well.

Anyways, how many cars do you think I could spawn before reaching 25 fps on the base build that I listed? I'll probably upgrade parts later on.

1 car. You don't have hyperthreading, nor enough cores to get more than 2 to run smoothly, and even then, you'll struggle.

Well here's another list that consists of an I3.

    Gigabyte GA-H110M-A
    Intel i3 6100
    XFX R9 380 (2GB)
    EVGA 500 B1 80+
    Kingston HyperX Fury (8GB)
    Seagate 1TB HDD
    Windows 10 Home 64-bit
    Samsung 24x SATA DVD+RW DVD-Writer Internal Optical Drive (SH-224FB/BSBE)
    Corsair 100R (Tower)

I'm not sure how this will run either, this will probably be the most I could spend at the moment for a custom build.

Hey, I am also buying a new computer. Any ideas of what I should look for? I know I want a laptop with a decent graphics card, not a desktop, and preferably under $400. First of all, is this possible, and if it is, anybody know what brand/model I should look for? Thanks!:)

    Nothing.
That's almost exactly what I recommended. It should be capable of running 2, maybe 3 cars, depending on the map and the cars, at a reasonable framerate.

I'd recommend saving up another couple hundred bucks and purchasing an ASUS laptop, This should last you 2-3 years if you take good care of it, and it has fair gaming performance for a cheap price. If your looking for a laptop dedicated to designing products, while maintaining good performance, I'd recommend saving even more to purchase an Apple laptop. Whatever you decide on, NEVER purchase a HP or Dell, I promise you those won't even last a year, and the performance is terrible on most.
    --- Post updated ---
Then I'll most likely purchase those parts soon. Do you think I would be able to upgrade certain parts such as a power supply and graphics card in the future?

Personally, I can't recommend an Apple laptop. They are overpriced, and laptops from other manufacturers simply perform better. I can't say anything about HP, as I have never owned or used one. I can, however, question your hatred of Dell. Most Dell laptops are of acceptable, or better, quality. The XPS 13 is overall one of the best laptops available, if not the best.
If you have the money for it. You will want to upgrade your PSU when you decide to upgrade your CPU or GPU. It's not a bad PSU, especially for the price, but it's not a very good one either.
