When rotating Size change

    I think this bug have a link with another bug.
    An object in a prefab with a particular angle would be deformed/ sized down.

    Here it's the same thing with animated object

    Why are you using an armature?
    I'm not too practical with that, but you can just keyframe the object you want to animate instead of using armatures.

    I think it's the proper way to animate part of a mesh.
    When I began to do 3D stuff I was like "Nope, I won't be able to handle 3D animation" but it is really simple and you can find good tutorial on rigging. Of course rigging a character is more complex than a turning arrow.

    One disadvantages of whole object animation is you have to separate every parts you want to animate and I want to save has much as possible.

    I did found a workaround, I had to define in every keyframe the size but this isn't a good way to work.

    This bug is here since the DX11 move.
