    No, the train itself. I have a month-old version and was getting around to update things a bit. Chances are I will wait for a new version to be up (probably within the week), seeing as a new version of the game came out.

    I guess not if you're not asking money from it or if the original authors don't reguest for it to be taken down. Well, you can't release ripped models in repo iirc but there's plenty of ripped models WIP right now as it seems.

    It is, but if you're not making money from it (a free mod), you're not taking money that could have been theirs, so they'll have to prove damages in court. While you're using property of someone else, which isn't legal, technically, most times they have to prove damages.
    Now if he charged for it, that'd be a different story.

    Hahaha from 24.07 until today I was at vacation near munich too :D
    I swear it was hard to leave home sweet home without playing the new (and now old) 0.6.0 update :eek:

    What a weird coincidence, I'm leaving for Europe this Wednesday, and will visit London, Guildford (To visit my brother), then head to Switzerland, Belgium and yes, Munich. I'll be there til August 24th though.
